1. Our aim
We want everyone to be able to use Prson: prson.net, agents.prson.net and the Prson app. We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard behind the European accessibility rules (EN 301 549).
2. Where we are
Prson partly meets WCAG 2.1 AA. What we have done:
- Pages work with a keyboard, and the request form is a proper dialog: focus moves into it, stays in it, Escape closes it, and each question is announced with its field.
- Buttons that only show an icon have text names for screen readers; decorative pictures are hidden from them.
- Text and links in the footer and on forms were darkened to meet contrast requirements.
- The website follows your browser's language where we have a translation (30 languages), and right-to-left languages are laid out right to left.
- Pages can be zoomed to 200% and work on narrow screens.
3. Known issues
- The homepage's picture grid can be dragged with a mouse or finger; with a keyboard, use the "What do you need?" button and the search instead.
- The coverage map and the globe on agents.prson.net are visual only; the same information is given in text next to them.
- Some status messages in the agents console aren't yet announced to screen readers.
- Voice interviews need speaking and listening. If you can't take part that way, write to us and we'll ask the requester for another way to apply.
- Legal documents are in English only.
We last reviewed the website in October 2026, with a keyboard and the browser's accessibility tree; it hasn't yet been audited by an outside expert or tested by screen-reader users, and not every page has been checked against every criterion.
4. Tell us about a problem
If something on Prson is hard or impossible for you to use, or you need information in another format, write to [email protected] with the page and what happened. We aim to answer within 14 days and to fix what we can, or give you another way to do what you need.
If you aren't satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), which supervises accessibility in Estonia: ttja.ee.
