Business terms
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This legal document is provided in English.
1. Who these terms are for
These terms apply to businesses that receive requests through prson.net: businesses that sign up, and businesses we contact about a customer's request. They are between your business and Yumankind OÜ, Sepapaja 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 16232402 ("Prson"). You accept them when you sign up, reply to a request, buy a lead or start a plan. The customer side is in the Terms of Service.
2. How requests reach you
- A customer describes what they need. We write it up and email matching businesses, showing the request and the area but not who the customer is.
- You answer by replying to the email or on the website: with a quote (price, what's included, when you're free), with interest if you need to see the job first, or that you can't do it.
- If the customer books your quote, they pay Prson a booking fee and we introduce you: you get the customer's name and contact details, and they get yours. You are paid your full quoted price by the customer, directly. Prson takes nothing from your price.
- If you showed interest without a price and the customer agrees to be put in touch, we introduce you too (the lead). A business with a plan gets the lead free; a business without one pays a lead fee to get it (section 4).
If we found your business through web search or maps (public business details), we only contact you about real requests, and every email has an unsubscribe link: once you use it we stop.
3. Ranking and paid priority
The main parameters that decide which businesses we ask about a request, and in which order:
- Plan (paid). Businesses with a plan that match a request are asked first, Ultra before Pro, and have 90 minutes on their own. Only if none of them quotes in that time do we ask businesses without a plan, including ones we find through search for that request.
- Match: whether the services and categories you list fit the request.
- Where you work: your location or service area compared with where the job is.
- Rating: your Google rating and, once you have them, ratings from Prson customers.
The customer sees quotes labelled Business A, B, C… in the order we asked the businesses. The plan is the only way to pay for a better position; your price doesn't affect the order. Prson doesn't offer services of its own in competition with you.
4. Plans and fees
Plans (Pro and Ultra)
A plan is a monthly subscription, paid by card through Stripe, for the zone where your business works. The price depends on how many businesses are already in that zone and is shown before you pay; it is in euros in EU countries and in US dollars elsewhere. You can stop at any time; the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. If a payment fails and Stripe can't collect it, the plan ends and your business goes back to the free listing. We tell you by email when a plan starts and ends. Prices exclude any taxes shown at checkout.
Lead fee (businesses without a plan)
A lead fee is charged only when you ask to be put in touch with a customer without a quote, the customer agrees, and you choose to pay. It depends on the country, the kind of job and how urgent it is, and is shown before you pay. If the request closed before your payment reached us, we refund it.
No commission on your work
The customer's booking fee is paid by the customer, on top of your price. You owe Prson nothing when a customer books you.
5. What we ask of you
- Quote honestly, and honour the quote and the times you gave, or tell the customer and us as early as you can if you have to cancel.
- Hold the licences, permits and insurance your work needs, and comply with the law, including consumer law towards customers.
- Use customers' contact details only for their request, and follow the content policy.
- Don't try to get a customer's contact details around Prson before they book or agree to a lead.
6. Restriction, suspension and ending
We may stop sending you requests, or suspend your business, if you break these terms or the law, cancel booked jobs repeatedly, get repeated serious complaints from customers, or if a payment you made is disputed. When we do, we tell you why by email at the time it takes effect (the facts and the rule concerned), unless the law stops us, and you can contest it (section 7).
We give at least 30 days' notice before ending our relationship with your business for good, except where the law requires us to end it sooner, or for serious or repeated breaches. You can stop at any time: unsubscribe from our emails, stop your plan, or write to us to delete your business.
7. Complaints
Complaints about how Prson treated your business (including a restriction or suspension, or how requests are sent): write to [email protected]. A person reviews each complaint and answers you, aiming to do so within 14 days. Prson is a small enterprise, so the Platform-to-Business Regulation's mediation requirements don't apply to it; if we can't agree, we are open to mediation in good faith.
8. Data
We keep your business details, your replies and quotes, plan and payment records, and customers' ratings of your work. You can ask us for the data about your business at [email protected]. Customers' personal data you receive after an introduction is yours to protect as a controller. How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.
9. Responsibility, law and changes
Prson is an intermediary and isn't a party to your agreement with a customer. Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law doesn't allow a limit (for example for intent or gross negligence).
These terms are governed by Estonian law, and the courts of Tallinn (Harju County Court) have jurisdiction.
We tell you about changes to these terms by email at least 15 days before they take effect (longer when a change needs you to adapt your business). You can end the relationship before then if you don't agree.
