Delete your account and data

In the app

1. Open the Prson app and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete All App Data and confirm.

This deletes your wallet and identities from your phone and from our servers: every identity and its keys, your recovery phrase, verified details, proofs with their photos and videos, backups and settings. Your signing certificates are revoked. It can't be undone.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app or your phone, write to [email protected] from the email address you use with Prson, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm it's you and delete your account and data within 30 days. If you never gave us an email address, tell us what you can about your account and we'll help.

What we keep

Payment records we must keep by law stay, without your name. Deleting the app alone doesn't delete your data on our servers, and it doesn't cancel a Prson Pro subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play. How long we keep each kind of data is in the Privacy Policy.

Delete some data, keep your account

In the app you can remove a verified detail, delete a proof, revoke a share, remove a website from your list, or delete an identity. To ask us to delete other data, write to [email protected].
